TWS modular containment wall for Negative Air & HEPA Filtration for Hospital Construction — installed in an occupied hospital corridor

What's included

Negative air is what keeps the work area's air from becoming the hospital's air. Holding a pressure differential means the containment and the filtration have to work as one system — a machine moving air behind a wall that leaks isn't doing the job the risk assessment asked for. We combine negative air and HEPA filtration and ICRA barriers for this kind of project, the same way we do throughout Southeast Florida. Every unit we run is Abatement Technologies HEPA-AIRE equipment — the same machines that go out on hospital and lab jobs.

99.97%
HEPA filtration efficiency
  • HEPA-AIRE H2KM: 2,000 CFM high / 1,300 CFM low
  • 99.97% HEPA efficiency @ 0.3 microns
  • PAS750 portable: up to 750 CFM
  • 6 ACH @ 5,000–6,000 sq. ft. (PAS750)
  • Daisy-chainable on a single 15-amp circuit
  • Available standalone or paired with a wall install
  • Class I–IV barrier construction
  • Negative-pressure ready
  • HEPA & airlock compatible
  • Managed wall penetrations
  • Flexible installation scheduling
  • Phased reconfiguration

03 / What this environment demands

Why negative air & hepa filtration for hospital construction is its own problem.

  1. The wall and the machine are one system

Pressure only holds if the barrier is genuinely sealed. Filtration behind a leaky enclosure achieves very little.

  2. Filtration standard is defined

HEPA means 99.97% capture at 0.3 microns — the size range that actually travels.

  3. Exhaust routing is a scoping decision

Where filtered air goes has to be worked out with the facility, not decided on install day.

We work in every kind of healthcare facility — if your setting isn't listed here, it's still one we cover. These pages exist because people search by department, not because the list is a limit.

FAQ

Common Negative Air & HEPA Filtration for Hospital Construction questions

Have questions? Call or text (561) 777-4958.

Why does the wall matter if we have negative air machines?

Because pressure can't be held behind a barrier that leaks. Gasketed panels and managed penetrations are what let the machines actually maintain a differential.

What does HEPA filtration capture?

99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns — the standard HEPA rating, and the range most relevant to construction dust in a care setting.

Do you handle Negative Air & HEPA Filtration for Hospital Construction?

Yes — anywhere from the Treasure Coast down to the Keys. It's built with our negative air and HEPA filtration and ICRA barriers.

What negative air machines does TWS use?

HEPA-AIRE H2KM units from Abatement Technologies — 2,000 CFM on high, 1,300 on low, with a 99.97% efficient HEPA filter rated to 0.3 microns.

Do you offer portable HEPA scrubbers for smaller spaces?

Yes. The PAS750 moves up to 750 CFM at the same 99.97% efficiency. At 33.5 lbs it's easy to move, and it draws little enough power that you can daisy-chain several on one circuit.
