Joint Commission Compliance Containment
Survey-ready containment for healthcare construction — Class I–IV barriers, sealed and gasketed.

What's included
Accreditation surveys look at construction the way they look at everything else: was the risk assessed, and does what's actually installed match what was specified. Containment is one of the most visible pieces of that on a walkthrough — a barrier is either built to the class the assessment assigned, or it's a finding. This work is built with our ICRA barriers, the same system we install across Southeast Florida. Anti-microbial panels, gasketed seals, and managed wall penetrations go into every barrier we build, whatever the job spec happens to call it.
- Class I–IV barrier construction
- Negative-pressure ready
- HEPA & airlock compatible
- Managed wall penetrations
- Flexible installation scheduling
- Phased reconfiguration

03 / What this environment demands
Why joint commission compliance containment is its own problem.
Installed has to match specified
The barrier on site is compared against the class the risk assessment called for.
Life safety runs alongside infection control
Interim measures around egress, fire protection, and access apply while the barrier is up.
A survey can arrive unannounced
Containment has to be survey-ready continuously, not tidied up in advance.
We work in every kind of healthcare facility — if your setting isn't listed here, it's still one we cover. These pages exist because people search by department, not because the list is a limit.
FAQ
Common Joint Commission Compliance Containment questions
Have questions? Call or text (561) 777-4958.
Does the barrier itself need a fire rating?
That depends on where it sits and what your life-safety plan requires — worth settling during scoping rather than during a survey.
Which ICRA classes can you build to?
Class I through IV. The class comes from your infection-control risk assessment and we build to it.
Do you handle Joint Commission Compliance Containment?
Yes — anywhere from the Treasure Coast down to the Keys. It's built with our ICRA barriers.
What's the difference between an ICRA barrier and an ICRA panel?
Nothing — it's the same modular, gasketed wall system. Contractors and infection-control teams just tend to use both words for it.
What ICRA classes can you build to?
Class I through IV. Your infection-control risk assessment sets the class, and we build to it — negative-pressure ready and HEPA compatible at any level.
