TWS modular containment wall for Ambulatory Surgery Center Containment — installed in an occupied hospital corridor

What's included

An ASC runs a dense same-day schedule in a smaller footprint than a hospital, usually without the option of shifting cases to another wing. There's less room to give up to containment and less slack in the calendar, so barriers have to be tight, fast, and easy to move between phases. This work is built with our ICRA barriers, the same system we install across Southeast Florida. Anti-microbial panels, gasketed seals, and managed wall penetrations go into every barrier we build, whatever the job spec happens to call it.

  • Class I–IV barrier construction
  • Negative-pressure ready
  • HEPA & airlock compatible
  • Managed wall penetrations
  • Flexible installation scheduling
  • Phased reconfiguration

03 / What this environment demands

Why ambulatory surgery center containment is its own problem.

  1. Small footprint, no overflow

There isn't another suite down the hall to move cases into. Containment can't take more space than it needs.

  2. Same-day scheduling is unforgiving

Cases are booked back to back. The install window is narrow and fixed.

  3. Surgical standards still apply

A smaller facility doesn't mean a lower class. The infection-control requirements are the ones the procedures demand.

We work in every kind of healthcare facility — if your setting isn't listed here, it's still one we cover. These pages exist because people search by department, not because the list is a limit.

FAQ

Common Ambulatory Surgery Center Containment questions

Have questions? Call or text (561) 777-4958.

Is a surgery center held to the same standard as a hospital OR?

The risk assessment drives it either way. We build Class I through IV, so the class your infection-control team assigns is the class you get regardless of facility size.

How much space does the barrier itself take up?

The panels are a wall, not a scaffold — they seal edge to edge without the footprint a framed-and-drywalled partition would need.

Do you handle Ambulatory Surgery Center Containment?

Yes — anywhere from the Treasure Coast down to the Keys. It's built with our ICRA barriers.

What's the difference between an ICRA barrier and an ICRA panel?

Nothing — it's the same modular, gasketed wall system. Contractors and infection-control teams just tend to use both words for it.

What ICRA classes can you build to?

Class I through IV. Your infection-control risk assessment sets the class, and we build to it — negative-pressure ready and HEPA compatible at any level.
